MEET PHILLIP SCHEEL

Phillip Scheel and his family have called Hot Springs County home since 2009. During that time, he has built businesses, served in numerous civic and nonprofit leadership roles, and spent eight years serving as Hot Springs County Commissioner. His commitment to community service, economic growth, and responsible government has earned him the trust of residents throughout the county.

As a Republican candidate for Hot Springs County Commissioner, Phillip is ready to put this experience to work—protecting taxpayers, supporting responsible growth, and keeping Hot Springs County a place where families, farms, and small businesses can thrive.

    • Total value of over $400,000 in improvements to date
    • Brought over 110,000 students clean water in more than 30 schools 
  • Helped with many other local and global service projects, such as:
    • Loaner life jacket program in conjunction with Thermopolis FFA
    • Toilet and lodge upgrades at the H Diamond W 4-H Youth Camp
    • Blanket Warmer at Thermopolis Rehab and Wellness
    • Handicapped accessible swings at Hot Springs State Park
